    My name is Elizabeth Logan and a Licensed Therapist in the State of Georgia. As a Licensed Professional Counselor I provide psychotherapy to adults and adolescents using a trauma-informed model of care. I have over 12 years of experience in the mental health field, and I am passionate about helping individuals overcome a wide range of mental health challenges.
    My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and develop coping strategies to improve their mental health and overall quality of life.

    Oftentimes, life can seem overwhelming, it can be hard to know the right decision when navigating through daily tasks. Dealing with current stressors, balancing work, maintaining relationships all while still finding time for ourselves. However, slowing things down and taking time for ourselves is the first step to healing. Unhealed wounds can continue to impact us and show up in unhealthy ways, ultimately holding us back from reaching our goals. Finding a safe place to work through these obstacles can be a journey and enlightening experience.



    We dont have to navigate life challenges alone. Finding the right therapist can be a process. It’s important to find a therapist you connect with and feel comfortable talking to. If you have questions about therapy in general, or feel you are ready to jump in, I encourage you to reach out.

    About me

    Originally from Alaska, I relocated to Evans, Georgia in July 2021, where I completed the process of earning my counseling license. When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my four dogs, cooking new recipes, and being out in nature.
